Wits Workout, 10:30am

Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 10:30am to 12:00pm  

Join us in the program room on Tuesday mornings from April 1st to April 29th 10:30am to 12:00pm  for fun memory exercises designed to drill the brain to maintain and enhance cognitive function and memory. 

Based on the research that intellectual challenge and social connectedness are two of several factors that contribute to brain health throughout life, Wits Workout has two main goals—to provide purposeful opportunities for older adults to engage intellectually, and to increase their socialization through ongoing group participation.
